The Founder’s Story
GirlyWear was born from gratitude.
I was raised by my mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and six sisters. Their strength, intuition, love, protection, guidance, and correction helped shape the man I became. They showed me that a woman’s strength is not always loud—and that the women who hold families and communities together are not always given the recognition they deserve.
GirlyWear is my way of honoring them and celebrating women and girls whose strength, sacrifices, and stories deserve to be seen.
We don’t create heroes. We recognize the ones who have always been there.
